Homeland Security U.S.A. (?!?)

I'm sitting in the cafe, Soma, in downtown Bloomington, IN...
and I've got to share these promotional clips from
Homeland Security U.S.A. a new show from ABC/Disney
which starts this week:
Blackwater... IM SORRY I CANT HEAR YOU OVER HOW AWESOME I AM!

I wonder if the government had anything to do with
this show? Okay, I'll stop the paranoia after you
watch this:
This is our new Chief of Staff (Obama)
They think they own our bodies...maybe they do?

As some of you know, I've been all over this Civilian
Security force issue. I just had no idea how blatant
and in-your-face it was going to be! Earlier, I had
made a connection between Stephen Flynn from the
CFR who, come to find out, is Obama's advisor on
Homeland Security. I saw him give a speech at IU
in April of 2007. At that time he was giving presentations
on his plan to privatize Homeland Security and to model
it on the Federal Reserve Banking system. It was only
2 months ago that I connected this creepy guy with Obama
...and I connected it just in my little ol' mind! And I thought,
this is too perfect, surely it isn't this simple...and bang,
scanning NPR's website I found that, yep, he is Obama's
bloody advisor on HLS. Now, clearly this doesn't prove
that Obama is going to actually enact this crazy idea,
but when you stack on the above from Rahm Emanuel
it stinks to high heaven. But then I see this latest promotion
from ABC/Disney, and I think, "This is all a joke, right?"

O, I forgot, I was going to post the video about Stephen Flynn,
Obama's Homeland Security advisor:

Major Blow to the North American Union and I-69

I am pleased to report that last week we received notice that the Texas Department of Transportation will recommend the I-69 Project be developed using existing highway facilities instead of the proposed massive new Trans Texas Corridor/NAFTA Superhighway. According to the Texas Transportation Commissioner, consideration is no longer being given to new corridors and other proposals for a new highway footprint for this project. A major looming threat to property rights and national sovereignty is removed with this encouraging announcement. [Nueces Texas County Paper Article]

Public outcry was cited as the main reason for this decision. I was very impressed to learn that the TxDOT received nearly 28,000 public comments on this matter, and that some 12,000 Texans attended the 47 public hearings held earlier this year. They could not ignore this tsunami of strong public opinion against the proposed plans. I was especially proud of how informed my constituents became on the subject, and how eloquently and respectfully they spoke and conducted themselves, considering how upsetting the plans were for our communities in Texas .
This is a major victory for the people of Texas , and a reminder of what we can accomplish with civic involvement. The informed and active citizen truly is a force to be reckoned with, as we have seen with the defeat of this proposal. We must keep fighting the good fight, and remain ever diligent against the encroachments of big government. We must do this if we wish to maintain our traditional standard of living in this country. As tempting as it may be to simply live our lives with no regard to government, apathy will inevitably be punished by ever more government intrusion. That is what this fight was all about. We can win if we stick together.

However, now is not the time to rest on our laurels. The bittersweet aspect of this victory is that we had to fight at all. We took time away from family and friends, doing other things, to attend these meetings, inform others, write letters, post signs and submit our complaints, and we should not have had to. Government should let us be, if we are peaceful citizens, harming no one. In a perfect world, government could be trusted to act in the best interests of the people without overwhelming pressure of this kind. This is not a perfect world. Constant pressure is needed to keep government in check, and we succeeded this time. But this will not be the last time citizen efforts and involvement will be required. We still face many unreasonable encroachments of big government today, from confiscatory, economy-strangling taxation to creeping disregard of the right of habeas corpus and other Constitutional rights, to thousands of nuisance bureaucratic regulations interfering with our every day lives. We have drifted far from what the founding fathers envisioned for this nation. Last week was just one victory towards getting back on the right path. We must continue to hold politicians’ feet to the Constitutional fire. If I had to guess, they will probably try to implement the NAFTA Superhighway again sometime in the future.
It is a never-ending battle, but it must be fought, and can be won. I am proud to stand
with my constituents in this fight, and in the other fights we have ahead of us.

If you wish to understand the issues surrounding the "war on terror" you must get to know Michael Scheuer.

Michael F. Scheuer is a former CIA employee. In his 22-year career, he served as the Chief of the Bin Laden Issue Station (aka "Alec Station"), from 1996 to 1999, the Osama bin Laden tracking unit at the Counterterrorist Center. He then worked again as Special Advisor to the Chief of the bin Laden unit from September 2001 to November 2004.

McCain's Honesty

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpfACFJVBxY

I really don't know why it took this long to get an honest answer. What better way to shut down criticism than by just saying "you don't understand war if you are asking 'how long?'" This is chilling stuff but at least we see clearly what we are up against. Now we must prepare for the false choice of Obama (or Hillary) vs. Perpetual-War-McCain. Those of us who have looked into the roots of our foreign policy know that the top candidates in both parties endorse the doctrine or philosophy that took us into Iraq, PREEMPTION AND "PREVENTATIVE WAR." Those of us who understand these issues have tons of work ahead spreading the truth over the next year leading up to the November election. The moment my eyes were opened was when Ron Paul explained how the big push for this war in Iraq started under Clinton with the "Iraq Liberation Act" of 1998, a bill passed by Congress calling for regime change in Iraq. Ron Paul, on top of it as always, went to the floor and warned that this would lead to war. Unlike Clinton, Ron Paul was not fooled by the weapons scare in 2002 regarding Iraq:

The Iraq Liberation act signed by Clinton, 1998

Here are Clinton's thoughts on Iraq at around the same time (right before the war)

Notice the difference, Ron Paul sites evidence that Iraq is not a threat and, infact, has been complying with the inspections. Hillary, rushes into the war with NO EVIDENCE.

Watch Hillary cackle with laughter when confronted with her participation in preparing the public for war with Iran:

Remember, this is the same thing that happened under her husband with calling for "regime change" in Iraq in the 90s. Obama is no different when he recently tried to out hawk the Bush administration, bragging that he would bomb pakistan:

Just who was Obama trying to impress with these remarks? He certainly wasn't reaching out to his democratic base. However, I'm sure the military industrial complex was pleased.

What is the "military industrial complex?"

Spread the word... Aaron
